Kale Software has won "Most Value Added Partner" prize due to developing e-employment project in "IT ECOncerto" meeting which has been organized by Siemens IT Solutions and Services.
In the meeting in which The Minister of Labour
and Social Security Faruk Çelik has presented e-employment project, Kale Software has won a prize due to developing
e-employment project.
The e-employment application that
has been developed by our firm
for Turkish Employment Organization, has been
announced to public in a meeting which The
Minister of Labour and Social Security Faruk
Çelik has honored.
The aims of the e-employment project which is within the
e-transform project are;
- 7 days/24 hours nonstop service,
- Giving possibility to internal and external users that they can do their jobs by themselves via internet,
- Providing guidance and consulting services to users who are not able to use computer technology,
- Quickening the criticism requests of employers and employees,
-
Facilitating placement of unemployeed people,
- Creating labor force database to present users
accurrate and up-to-date information,
- Paying unemployed insurance premium and vacant lot compensation to unemployed people,
- Using technological possiblities in organizational jobs and providing integration with other organizations,
- Ensuring employment protection and increasing the employment opportunities,
- Generalizing job and profession information services.
Development of the application software for
restructuring of the current applications,
MERNIS (General Directorate of Census System),
from distributed system to a web based system is
in use now.
At 24th April, the new system
has replaced with the old one
successfully and problem-free without any
interruption.
The application that has started to be used by
923 districts since 24th April, will
include 964 districts with new joins.

Solutions Event held on 28 February 2008,
Kale Software drew an enormous attention

Maintenance of e-transform Project, started at
October 2004 and completed in 3 years, has been started.
Within the scope of maintenance, internet
access for external users who want to use the services
supplied by Turkish Employment Organization, will be
provided.
Microsoft decided to work with Kale Software as
Strategical Business Partner on SharePoint Server ,
Business Intellegence and BizTalk.
Development of application software to manage the
address information of Turkish citizens and
foreigners, living in Turkey with residence permit
more than 6 months has been completed and started to
use at municipalities and special provincial
administrations.
Citizens can declare their
addresses and address changes at Census Offices of Districts.
The project,
developed by Kale Software as a sub-contractor of
Meteksan System, provides
gathering all addresses at one database in specified
standard, having updated address information and census statistics, and sharing the address information
with all institutions.
With this project all address
information will be shared by other institutions and
foundations using web services.

Studies on restructuring of the current
applications, ALLOP (Automation of Local Labour
Offices), to a central system has been completed.
The project is started to be used at
Turkish Employment Offices.
Studies on providing internet
access for external users is continuing.
Development of the application sotfware for restructuring of the
current applications, MERNIS (General Directorate of
Census System), from distributed system to a web
based system has been started. By this project, the census
information which is registered 923 different
district will be gathered in one database.
KoçSistem and
Meteksan Sistem
decided to
work with Kale Software for the
software part of the project. The project is planned
to be completed until December 2007.
Development of Document Tracking System for
State Planning Organization has been started.
Project will be completed in two months.
After completing the project “KPSS Candidate
Preference System”, Student Selection and Placement
Center (OSYM) decided to accept the registrations of
KPSS candidates over internet in a similar way with
the registrations of OSS candidates. With the
accomplishment of the whole parts of the project,
such as analysis, design and implementation, by Kale
Software; the registration process started at May
2006 and fulfilled at July 2006. In this time period
it has been detected that the enrollment of over 2
million candidates has been done via this system,
which shows the great success of the project.
The Project “KPSS Candidate Preference System” which
was handled by Student Selection and Placement
Center (OSYM), provides making preferences over
internet for candidates who have taken the
KPSS exam, was designed and developed by Kale
Software. Over hundred thousand candidates have
made their preferences by using The KPSS Preference
System over internet successfully.
The Census Information Sharing System which plays an
important role in the construction of the
e-government has won an award in eTR Awards &
Congress organized by TUSIAD and TBV. The
application system,
which was developed by our company, has won the first
place prize in the category of "e-services from
public to public".
There
was a need of redevelopment of the software
applications used in Directorate of Railway
Station and Logistics at Ülkü, Yakacık, Demirdağ
and Kapıkule Border Station of TCDD by means of
today’s software technologies. These
applications have been redeveloped as client –
server applications by Kale Software.
In development phase of the project, Delphi and
Advantage Database, which distributor is Kale
Software in Turkey, will be used. With these
projects, which will be finished in 2005, TCDD
will be able to update its hardware and software
to today’s IT technology.
A project which consists of
transferring diploma degrees, candidates' exam
registrations, university choices and photographs
of students to OSYM center system via internet
has been started by Kale Software and Meteksan System. All application software of the project
will be developed by Kale Software. In addition
to a web based portal which will be designed for
student’s easy access, this software is going to
contain student registration system and
photograph sending processes and will be
installed on computers in schools.
In development
phase of the project, Microsoft SQL Server 2005
and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2005 will be
used. The project, which will have thousands of
users and work 7/24 continuously without
breaking down, is supposed to be completed in
six months. Since internet technologies will be
used instead of optical forms, there will be
great saving from paper and other costs by this
project.
Since the
software application used in Census Foundation
have been in efficient, there was a need of
redevelopment of this application. The
application has been redeveloped by Kale
Software.
Census Foundation
is started to use the new software application
developed by using Delphi and Oracle Database.
The consultancy service, organized by Microsoft
Turkey, for CIGLER company about
Borland Delphi Microsoft .NET
was completed successfully.
The professionals of
Kale Software and Microsoft analyzed the company’s
requirements in detail in Denmark Microsoft
Technology Center. With the help of our
experinces on Borland Delphi and Microsoft.NET
technologies, this consultancy service was important
for our company since it was a first for us managing
a workshop on abroad.
At the end of
successfully completed meetings, the General Manager of CIGLER Company said that
“I’m glad and honored to meet such a professional
Turkish company which is experienced in IT sector
and has effective works on our international
workshop."
Census Information Sharing System which was
developed by Kale Software, has come into service
with a ceremony at TBMM on February 23th 2005,
Wednesday. President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, Prime
Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Minister of
Internal Affairs Abdülkadir Aksu were the most
important faces participating in the ceremony. For

contains the sharing of the census information and identity numbers
provided by MERNIS Project of General Directorate of Census with other institutions and foundations.
By this project all institutions and foundations
will be able to reach the citizen’s T.C.
Identity Number and census information by means of
the General Directorate of Census. Foundations
will be able to get missing T.C. Identity Numbers in their data and provide a
connection with other foundations by citizen’s T.C. Identity Number.

Numbers will be by means of KPS.

ISKUR e-transform Project restructures the current
distributed applications to a central system and
provides a user access to necessary applications
over internet in the scope of ALLOP (Automation of Local Labor Offices).
This project has been developed by our company as sub-contractor of
Fujitsu Siemens has been developed this project collectively.
By this project all real and
judicial users will be able to do their operations
over internet individually.
Since November 2004 our company
has been connecting to internet by ADSL. As a result
of this, our company e-mail addresses have been

Meteksan Sistem A.Ş. won the bid about supplying
software and hardware services for General
Directorate of Census to share the census
information with other official institutions.
Meteksan Sistem A.Ş. decided to
work as a sub-contractor with Kale Software for the
software part of the project. The project is planned
to be completed within 24 weeks as specified in the
contract.
By means of this project all
institutions will be able to obtain related
identification numbers, or by using the
identification number they will be able to obtain
related census information.
